Dunkelweizen

5.5% ABV / 14 IBU

A traditional German dark wheat beer that combines the refreshing qualities of a hefeweizen with the rich, malty depth of a dunkel (dark) lager. The malt flavors give notes of caramel, toffee and light chocolate complemented by classic banana and clove notes from the hefeweizen yeast. Smooth, mildly sweet, and low in bitterness. Prost!
